FEES – SIMPLE, FAIR & TRANSPARENT…

The fees for the buyer representation service are very simple. And there are 2 options:

1. Step by Step. Phase By Phase

You pull on your personal agent whenever you need them. Whether that be to find you an off-market property, pick their brain to formulate a negotiation strategy for a property you have seen, have them negotiate it for you or maybe you just need an experience ear to help, guide, advice (and possibly re-negotiate terms) once you have had a deal agreed on a property.

Each phase is charged at £1000+VAT*

*It’s important to note that although we will do our very best for you, and pull on our 100+ years of combined team experience to help you achieve your goal, we cannot guarantee the outcome.

2. The Full ‘Hand Held’ Experience from Start to Keys

This is service includes all Phases. Everything! Even a dedicated WhatsApp group with you and your agent so you can consult with them on anything, at any time.

£1000+VAT instruction fee (this includes our initial time and direct costs to market you as buyers and approach 500 property owners for you i.e. data, letter design and mailing, social media ads)

then

2%+VAT of the eventual property purchase price (minus the £1000+VAT already paid). No purchase, no fee!
