The Final Result
During the search campaign, a property came onto the market on in one of Rahuls preferred roads in Cambridge that needed complete refurbishment. Like all houses needed complete refurbishment, it was in high demand and received 6 competing offers.
Mel managed to package Rahuls offer in such a way that the sellers accepted.
Once the survey has been carried out, there were some issues with the property flagged that were not apparent during the visual viewing so Mel re-negotiated a lower purchase price.
