Direct mail to recently withdrawn properties.
Full property report prepared on any shortlisted properties.
Once property found, formulated our 6 step, 4 day Negotiation plan.
The Final Result
Fortunately there was a house that ticked all their boxes on the market already and we were able to negotiate a saving on their behalf.
Paul and his family have now moved into their UK home and are close to their family and friends
