As they were overseas, viewing property was not possible. The strategy was to short list properties for them (both on market, withdrawn, reduced and off market) and they would send their local family member to view and create a short list for them to view when they visited the UK from the USA.
We would then handle the negotiations on properties they liked, and assist with the legal progression, surveys, solicitors, finance etc.

Direct mail to recently withdrawn properties.
Full property report prepared on any shortlisted properties.
Once property found, formulated our 6 step, 4 day Negotiation plan.
The Final Result
Glen and Lyann along with the kids and pooches are now settled in their new forever home.
