Where the potential buyer/tenant & seller/landlord are happy for a physical viewing to go ahead, we will do our best to accommodate under very strict safety guidelines listed below:

• We have asked all our clients to let us know if they develop any Covid-19 related symptoms & viewings will be stopped on their property.
• If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your viewing and we will re-schedule your viewing for when you are no showing Covid symptoms.
• In line with government guidance, the wearing of a face covering is discretionary although in certain situations, our team (or the property owner) may insist that a face covering is worn.
• We would ask all visitors to respect and maintain 2 meter social distancing.
